Gay Marriage Bill Awaiting Action in the Senate

With just two weeks before the end of the legislative session, New York's gay marriage bill is still in limbo in the state senate. The bill's sponsor, Sen. Tom Duane (D-Manhattan), insists it has enough votes to pass, as it did in the Assembly. But gay marriage opponent Sen. Ruben Diaz, Sr. (D-Bronx) says if that's true, lawmakers would voice their support publicly. DIAZ: If he really has the names, why are they so ashamed of releasing their names?
