Queer as Folk's Michelle Clunie to Attend Meet in the Middle in Fresno on 5/30

Queer As Folk star Michelle Clunie will be attending Meet in the Middle in Fresno, CA on May 30th in support of marriage equality. Whether the California Supreme Court rules to uphold or overturn Prop 8, the Meet in the Middle rally will begin at 1:00 pm at Fresno City Hall. Clunie said she has "never been so proud of California than with the Meet in the Middle rally, it's beautiful!" She gave SheWired the following statement: "I do not see it as an obligation or even a duty. I see it as an honor to stand up for one of our greatest communities in the nation. You are my brothers, my sisters, my friends, my colleagues and mentors and I will fight side by side with you until we have set right this atrocity and war on basic human rights."
