Australian Capital Territory Green Party to Reintroduce Gay Marriage Bill

The ACT Greens are planning to reintroduce legislation that would legalise civil unions for same-sex couples. The Stanhope government last year attempted to introduce legislation recognising same-sex civil unions but was forced by the commonwealth to opt for civil partnership laws.
