DC Gay Marriage Opponents At It Again

Same-sex marriage opponents are launching new efforts in the District in an attempt to get the gay marriage issue in the hands of D.C. voters. "We believe we're going to prevail in this effort of letting the people's voice be heard," said Bishop Harry Jackson, gay marriage opponent. Bishop Jackson and The Stand 4 Marriage D.C. Coalition are firm in there opposition to legalizing same-sex marriages in the District. Therefore, they plan to request that the Board of Elections let D.C. voters decide whether to allow same-sex marriages in D.C. through an initiative. Full Story from WJLA.com
