"One Year Later & Still Courting Equality" Wednesday June 17th marks the one year anniversary of marriages becoming legal for same-sex couples in CA. In commemoration of this historic day, a press conference will take place at 6pm at the Sacramento County Clerk's office at 600 8th Street. All are welcome! Married couples are encouraged t0 attend & children are welcome. Cake will be served and we will be serenaded by a love song. We want folks to join us: Join us at 8:30 am on the West Steps of the Capitol. We will bring up the end of the Pride Parade. Wear a white shirt and plan on carrying our new “Imagine Equality” signs. We want to march with Hope and Pride for all. It will be a happy celebration of ourselves, our families and our friends. We are hoping to have over 200 marchers in the “Imagine Equality” contingency so please join us.
